Hand reflexology isn't just about your hands, it gives your whole body the chance to slow down, reset and heal. Pressure points on your hands mirror various body areas and so stimulating these points can boost circulation, reduce anxiety and stress, provide pain relief and promote better sleep.  A hydrating and anti aging hand mask will then be applied whilst you receive your Indian Head massage.

Indian Head Massage uses a blend of rhythmic massage strokes, gentle kneading and pressure point techniques on the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back.  Warmed oil blends will calm your mind, slow the nervous system down, lower stress hormones and help clear mental fog, eye strain and headaches.
